My sister saw you guys at a charity event tonight and was eager to tell me all about Louisville’s ONLY peanut free bakery! We are super excited to hear that you have ventured into this untapped market! She was married last year and we scrutinized several area bakeries on ‘safe’ peanut/tree nut wedding cakes. We finally found a baker who was willing to bake for us that we felt confident with but we encouraged all the bakeries to think about providing some sort of peanut/tree nut free option or find a place to refer food allergic customers. This generation is going to grow up and getting married some day- what then, right?? We even joked about going to Sullivan and getting a baker’s degree and opening our own peanut free bakery since Louisville was lacking! This is wonderful and I am so excited for you! I am a parent of a child with severe peanut and tree nut allergies. She is going to be 11 years old this summer and has never been able to enjoy anything from a bakery. We are so excited that you are here. When I told her about your products being safe for her to eat her first response was “can I have a real birthday cake for my birthday this year.” We are looking forward to the open house.  Jennifer

Just wanted to let you know that’s the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve EVER had. If they hadn’t come from you I would swear they made a mistake & sent regular ones instead of dairy free ones. No kidding, my mouth is watering right now typing this message! Best ever!! What’s your secret-agave nectar? Applesauce? What holds them together? I’ve already had 2 and it’s just now 7 pm!
